Cancellation Policy
- To cancel or reschedule your visit, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. - No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. - Cancellations made 48+ hours before your visit will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your visit will receive a 50% refund. - Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability, but we cannot guarantee a specific date or time due to limited staff. - If we must reschedule or cancel your visit due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find a new date. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund. - By booking a visit, you agree to these terms.
