Goatayoga, led by local expert Jill Eagan, incorporates ancient healing practices designed to restore balance, promote relaxation, and energize your body and mind. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to yoga, this class is accessible to all experience levels.
Adding to the magic, 4-5 of our small, sweet goats will wander among the mats, bringing their playful energy, gentle companionship, and smiles to your practice. Their cheerful presence and higher vibrations will leave you feeling refreshed and uplifted.
What to Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, and an open heart.
Provided: We will provide all participants with a towel to place under your yoga mat, as desired, since the class is outside in our main field.
